However, they are currently outperforming them in the face of a surge in Ether.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to CoinGecko, a number of L2 tokens have grown in the last 24 hours. New project Unit0 (UNITO) led the performance with an increase of 40%, followed by Cybria (CYBA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In third place was Optimism (OP), one of the pioneers of the L2 currency, which grew by 18.21 TP3T. This is about 33% higher than the current price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L2 tokens grow faster than L1 tokens.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dune.com\/cryptokoryo\/btc-pairs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">According to Dune's data.<\/a>The meme currency has been leading the way in terms of growth and hype over the past few months, growing by 1,46% in three months.<a href=\"https:\/\/dune.com\/cryptokoryo\/btc-pairs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Decentralized Finance (DeFi) 2.0 domain came in second with 49%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L1 Tokens ranked third, growing by 47% over the three months. this growth may have been influenced by Sui (SUI), which has reached a new ATH several times since September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SUI also became one of the leaders in Q3 2024, growing by 1,35% in September alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L2 tokens fell out of the top 5 performing currencies over the past three months, ranking sixth with a gain of 21%.
